This creative fee covers Arizona cake smash photographer Lizzy McMillan’s time and talent only. The Smash + Splash add-on fee is in addition to the session fee. Prints, products and digital images are purchased separately.
Some babies despise that first taste of cake, while others dive right in. Either way, it is a fun, messy way to celebrate baby’s first year! At Momento Studios, you can include a “Smash + Splash” as an add-on option to any First Birthday session (both in the Baby Plan and the Petite Milestone Sessions). Adding this option to your session includes additional time and images to select from.
“SMASH” – CUSTOM FIRST BIRTHDAY CAKE
What would a first birthday be without a cake smash? Arizona cake smash photographer Lizzy McMillan works with you to create a one-of a kind cake smash. Momento Studios works with a professional baker to custom design your smash cake. We complete the scene with balloons and décor to match your theme. Of course we love to incorporate your party decor or personal items as well.
We capture a few “clean” images, and then watch as baby experiences his or her first taste of cake. Some babies dig right in, and others want nothing to do with the cake. Either way, it is a fun way to wrap up your baby’s first birthday session at Momento Studios.
“SPLASH” – A BUBBLE BATH CLEAN UP
After the cake smash, we clean baby up in a fun bubble-bath, which is always a splashing-good time, and makes for adorable images! Lizzy has collected an array of baby-bath tubs, basins and accessories, and each baby leaves with their own rubber ducky.
After the adorable “splash” images are finished, we provide the towels, baby wash and toys for the real clean up in our studio sink so baby leaves the studio nice and fresh.
